If you purchased PhotoCircle+ but are still seeing ads:

  • Verify that the email address associated with your PhotoCircle account is the same one used in the App Store or Google Play. If they are different, please contact support by choosing the “Chat with us” option at the bottom of this page.
  • On the subscription purchase screen within the app, tap “Already Have a Subscription.” This will refresh the subscription information with Apple or Google.
  • Force restart the app and log in again.
