You can edit the time or date date a photo/video was taken if one of these criteria are met:

• You originally uploaded the photo/video;
• You are the Circles Creator or a Moderator.

To change this information:

• Tap on the photo/video whose information you would like to update.
• Tap on the three Circles in the upper right corner, and then tap on "Photo Info."

• Date and time of capture, date and time of upload, and resolution information will be displayed. Tap "Adjust" to update the date and time of capture.

• Use the calendar and time widgets to make your changes, and then tap "Save Changes." Your changes will be reflected under Photo Info and in the order the item appears in when Oldest First or Newest first are selected as sort options.
