The minimum age to use PhotoCircle is based on the local laws where you're using PhotoCircle.
In most states, provinces, and countries, the minimum age is 13. It is higher in a few locations. We follow whichever age applies in the country, state, or province where you're using PhotoCircle.
The following regions have a minimum age higher than 13.

This list can change as laws change.
If someone is below the minimum age
They can't have a PhotoCircle account. If we find that an account belongs to someone below the minimum age for their location, we suspend that account and delete the information associated with it.
