If you are having trouble signing in, please follow these troubleshooting steps.
General Log In Issues
- Ensure your account email is entered correctly. If you have more than one email address, try them all.
- Tap the Forgot Password option on the Sign In screen. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the recovery email promptly.
- You may have created your account using Sign Up with Apple and not provided an email address to us. Try Sign in with Apple.
- If you use Gmail or Microsoft email, you may be able to access your account by tapping Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft.
Sign In with Facebook
As of May 2024, Sign in with Facebook is no longer available. If you previously signed in using this option and have not yet updated your account email, please contact support via Contact Support on the login screen or by emailing support@photocircleapp.com
Email Address You Can No Longer Access
- Please tap Chat with us at the bottom of this screen.

- New email address
- You may be required perform additional identity verification steps in order to regain access to your account.
Email Address Included a Typo Upon Sign Up

Logging In on Web
PhotoCircle for Web is exclusive to PhotoCircle+ subscribers, premium plan subscribers, or those invited by premium plan subscribers. If you have a relevant subscription and encounter issues when logging in on the web, please follow the same troubleshooting steps as above.
