If you are receiving a “Service Unavailable” or “No Internet Connection” message, follow these troubleshooting steps.

  • Disconnect from wifi and retry using your device's data connection.
  • Verify that your PhotoCircle app is updated to the latest version via the App Store or Google Play.
  • Disconnect from any VPN you are running on your device and retry.
  • Check if any new security software was recently installed on your device. This may be blocking your connection.
